Policy on Packages Marked as Delivered but Not Received

At My Carnival Match, we strive to ensure timely and accurate delivery of all orders. In instances where a package is marked as 'Delivered' by USPS, yet the customer reports it as not received, the following steps will be taken:

Customers are requested to:

Confirm the shipping address provided during checkout.

Check with household members, neighbors, or building management to determine if the package was received on their behalf.

Contact their local USPS office to obtain detailed delivery information.

Filing a Missing Mail Search: If the package remains unlocated, customers should initiate a Missing Mail Search with USPS. This process can be started here.

Resolution:

Upon completion of the USPS investigation, if the package is deemed lost, we will collaborate with the customer to determine an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or store credit.

Refunds will not be issued for packages marked as 'Delivered' by USPS unless USPS confirms the package is lost after their investigation.

Note: My Carnival Match is not liable for packages confirmed as delivered to the correct address by USPS.
